5.4 Travel Fares
a The Travel Request Form has to be duly filled in by the manager in the Travel database and has to be approved by the concerned Functional Head before travel bookings are made.
b Please see entitlements for details on travel fares. Any excess expenditure will be borne by staff themselves.
c When accompanying a senior overseas visitor (who is travelling first/business class), staff entitled to Economy Class air fare may travel first/business class air with prior permission from the concerned Functional Head and HRD.
