5.10 Telephone calls
When staff are on tour for more than 24 hours and are not provided company’s mobile facility, may make telephone calls to families at home station depending upon the duration of stay (once every three days). These telephone calls should be of a reasonable duration (i.e. about 3 to 5 minutes) and should, as far as possible, be made from the office or public call offices.
