5.1       Stay at Hotel

a          Staff are allowed to stay, as per their entitlements, in specified hotels.  HRD will issue a list of specified hotels for this purpose.

b          Staff shall be reimbursed hotel expenses including meals and incidentals (e.g. laundry), for self only, upto the prescribed limits.

c          If expenses are below the prescribed limit on some days and higher on others, the daily average for the duration of the stay must not exceed the limit.

c          Any excess expenditure over and above specific entitlements will be borne by staff themselves.

d          Due to security reasons, female managers in all grades, shall be allowed to stay in any specified hotel and they shall be reimbursed room rates at actuals.

e          Upgrades to the Executive floors of hotels will be allowed to employees when there is no extra cost charged to the Company.
