4.4 Right to organize

 LCPL recognizes the freedom of employees, in accordance with applicable law, to establish or join an organization of their choice (including trade unions) and will respect this right. LCPL will not make the employment of a worker subject to the condition that he/she shall not join a union or shall relinquish trade union membership. LCPL will not dismiss or otherwise prejudice a worker for the mere reason of trade union membership.
