3.7 Confidential information
All information obtained at work should be considered confidential, unless it is freely and publicly available. With that definition in mind, it is clear that LCPL employees at all levels are regularly exposed to confidential information i.e. information about our business, our customers and the products we produce and sell.
Even after leaving LCPL’s employment, all employees are expected to retain confidentiality of LCPL matters according to the rules of employment.
