5.9       Combining leaves with official visits

a          The  Company  discourages  outstation  leave  (taken  on  working  days)   in continuation with official tours, as this may compromise business interest. However, if staff wish to take leave when on official tour at the place being toured or enroute or beyond the place being toured, in exceptional circumstances Functional Head / CEO may grant such leave.

b          The return fare upto the place of official tour will be borne by the Company. Any additional fare for travel beyond the place being officially toured will be borne by staff.
